H1 Visa - Paystubs

I came to US 8 months ago and my Employer did not pay salary and also did not give any paystubs. Now he is willing to give them. My question are "Not having paystubs till now will cause any problem in the future?. Also, with the employer perspective, will it be a problem for him in the future?"

Maybe no..

if you continue to work for your employer from now on..you mightbe ok. But I think you were out of status for 8 months..in fact you could sue the employer for now paying a salary..since he did not cancel your H1.
If you are not planning to switch a job..you are ok..in my opinion.
