I went to US in May 2000 on my employer's sponsored H1 Visa. I had an extension after 3 years on my stay in the US. (revalidated my H1)
I left US and moved to UK in June 2004 due to family reasons. I have my ex-employers visa stamped on my passport which has an expiry date of 07/29/2005. I would like to return to the US now and I was wondering if I can revalidate my H1 for 1 more year or so, so that I can re-enter US even after 07/29/2005. With this same employer my Green Card is being processed and it has crossed the 365 days since the time my labor certification was filed. Any suggestions/advise is highly appreciated.
