My H1 (3 years) visa expires in Oct 2003.
I am currently travelling on a project in UK.
My employer will be filing for my H1 extension.
Now my Question is:
1) Do I need to be physically present in the US for my H1 Visa extension. or can this be done while I am still on a project in the UK.Is the I-94 a requirement for H1 extension.
