H1 Visa Experience in Tijuana, Mexico

My wife got her h1 extention in tijuana on 14th june. it is not tough process but need to wait in queue for 3 hr and after that they called her asked simple question and issued new visa extention

Is is regular extension or one year extension?

In case if it is one year extension the please tell us for which year I mean 7th , 8th or….
