Hi,
I have an valid H1-B stamping on my passport till Sept 30th 2008 and my new employer had applied for H1-B and that is valid till 2010.
My wife and child will be traveling to India during the summer vacation and would be back by August 30th.
My clarifications are:
1. Which I-94 do they have to give when they are leaving US, the one that they have when they came into the country or the new one, which we received when the new employer applied for H1?
2. I would not be traveling with them, would there be any kind of problem when they return as they would not have a new visa stamping on their passports?
What would be the right steps, please help.
