H1 visa denied - Wife 7 months Pregnant.

Hello All,

My case:

1) Worked full time from Oct 06 till Aug 09 , Laid off on Aug 09.
2) Applied H1 transfer through consulting company H1 denied on April, I-94 valid till Sept 2010
3) My Wife is pregnant 7 months.

My Question:

Can we deliver baby in USA ? If yes any suggestions.
