Hi Guys,
I have gone for H1 Visa stamping in Delhi Consulate recently.My Visa interview was quiet fine.Except one thing that i travelled to Middle East afte i submitted my petition.Though i have mentioned clearly in DS-157
.
The Visa Officer refused to give visa at the same time as he handed over a yellow Form for 221 G objection.He said that it requires some additional administartive processing.
He will call me for PA after some time.
Do you guys have any idea what is the minimum time it require or usually what happen to this type of case ??
