H1 valid till jun 05 in old pp, got new PP

will i have to get this stamped again in my new passport.?

my passport expired after 10 yrs, and have got a new passport with a new passport number from the indian consulate in the US.
but my visa is on the old passport - and i have both the passports.

i have to travel to india - can i come back in without the stamping in the new passport? has anyoen been thru this before ... pls guide me

yes several people, you just carry both passports together and show them both at POE

I belive so. You have to carry both of your passports around though.
