H1 use AP and change employer

Hi, I'm going to travel with AP and change to another employer after I come back. Do I have to use EAD to work for the new employer?
 
if you are now on an H1, you could come back (on AP or H1) and have the new company file for an H1, and start working for the new employer once the H1 is filed. you could also use EAD to work for the new employer (provided you have passed 6 months of I485 wait).
 
i believe if you use AP , you cannot do h1 transfer. You can work on h1b by entering through AP only for the same employer though.

U dont have to use EAD. If ur H1 is valid then u can use it or u can also apply for H1B extension based on pending 485...Its ur call

Where did u get this information that if AP is used to enter, H1 transfer cannot be done?
