Hi !
Can anyone please help me on the following questions:
1.I got an call for personnel interview from a big company(coming tuesday),Till now they didnt asked my status(i think this for permanent employee, My present status H1 B:I am completing my 5 years on this coming July).How to convince the HR in the interview when he comes to
know that i am in H1(My Labour is not yet approved).
2. How long does it takes to process a new H1 B these days?
3. At this present moment if i have a new HI B made , Since you know my HI B is completing 5 years on this coming July, Will this new HI will be till this July only or addition of 1 year from this July will be added?
