H1 Transfer

Hi,

I recently transfered from my previous employer ' A ' to new employer 'B'. My new employer filed for my H1 transfer. I have recd only the reciept from this new employer. Still My case is pending last 2 months with INS.
I informed to my previous employer regarding this transfer. He got angry. Is it any way he can terminate my previous H1. Its still valid for more than a year. Does it affect my career ? . Please any one give me some suggestions. Thanks. Raj
 
This is just my opinion

With the receipt for H1 from company B you are in status. It
doesn't really make any difference if your previous H1 is revoked/cancelled.You will only have problem if your new H1 application through company B is denied.

B'cas of this situvation,last 15 days i was worried more about this. Now I have little confident. I can wait for the new h1.

You are ok.

You just need to make sure that your new H1 approval comes thru with the I-94 attached to it.
Also your previous visa stays valid, even though it is seemingly from your previous company and even though your previous employer has revoked the H1 approval, which he should as that is required by the law.
