H1 Transfer

Hi,


I have been working in UK for company A and i have H1 papers which are valid 2001-2004 thru another company B (consultant company) but i never work for this company. I just have papres even i didn't go for stamping. Reacently i have selected for another comapny C in US, instead of applying for new H1 thru Company C, Can i transfer my previous H1 papres of Company B to Comapny C, if Company B accepts ?????

I think the H1 transfer would have been different procedure if i worked for company B and having pay stubs and all. As of now i have just H1 papers.

You shouldn't post the question here. By the way, your options are:
1. Apply new H1 through company C. One can have as many H1.
2. Transfer H1 from company A to C. Transfering H1 requires old H1 paper and pay stubs.
