I work for company A and started my green card processing last year. I got thru my labor and then my I 140 got rejected in August. I re appleaed, but thinking that It would not go thru applied for H1 transfer to company B, this month. But now the reapeal went thru and got my approval today. My start date with company B is dec 2. What should I do? Company A is okay with me continuing there. So would the transfer application cause any problems. I wanted to know whether as long as I don't get my visa stamped with the new H1 (if i get it at a later date) would my old H1 hold good? Thanks for your help.
