I had applied for transfer of my visa from Employer A to Employer B. Now Employer A is saying I need to pay comensation as I am living the job before one year contract period. Following are some facts which is the reason I am shifting from Employer A to Employer B.
1) While going for H1B visa stamp and process, the offer letter given to me didnt contain any information regarding contract. Once I landed in US they asked me to sign a contract , which i was forced to sign since I had already resigned the job which i was having while in India.
2) They had delayed my per diem checks, email communication regarding this I have as a proof.
This being the case what all legal actions Company A can take against me and what will be the compensation (if any) i need to pay in this case ??
