My new company applied for my H1 transfer on 31st Jan 2006. I have a EAC number, when I checked on INS site, it said it was submitted on Jan 31, 2006, but till yet I didn't get approval. I also checked the status of my petition, they said its in process.
Can any one tell me, why its taking too long to approve..I hope there is nothing wrong..please help me.
