Till Jan 10 I was working for company A, I started my h1 transfer before I left the company A and took vacation and Joined company B in March 2006. My h1b transfer still pending at INS.
1) Can I go back and work for company A as they have valid h1 upto Feb 2007. Is it legal?
2) In case if I have to choose h1b transfer is it going to be a problem to as I have only 1 pay stub?
