H1 Transfer

Hi All,

I have transferred my H1 from company A to company B.
I have got the receipt and have not received the H1 approval notice yet.
I am planning to visit Canada.
My doubt is can I visit Canada without getting the H1 approval notice.
I have got Company A's visa stamped on my passport .

If you are just going for tourism you should be good to go, if you are planning on going to consulate and do H1 stamping you need to take legal advice.
You need 797 to get H1 stamped.
