I'm on a H1B Visa with "Company A" and recently did a transfer to "Company B", meanwhile I wish to travel to my home country and get married and bring my spouse on H-4. Is it legal to get a H-4 using the H1B with "Company A" or do I have to get my Visa stamped with "Company B',

what are my other options. Please advise.
