I appreciate if somebody answers the below question...
My wife's visa has been transferred from H4 to H1 by "employer A" which is valid from Oct 1 2004. Now "employer B" is interested in sponsering H1 for her. Is it possible to transfer H1s without actaully working for employer A. Since first H1 is valid only from Oct 1 20004, she cannot work prior to Oct 1 2004 and hence cannot have paystubs.
