H1 transfer without I-94 (h1 revaldation in process)

HI Jaxen or Any one who can answer this,

I have applied for H1 revalidation and it has not come yet. i forgot to take the I-94 copy before applying for H1 revalidation. Now I applied for H1 transfer without I-94 by keeping a letter explaining why I-94 is not attached (Lawyer did this). Will that be a problem?

Is any case any body saw similar problem. Please reply me ASAP as i am tensed in this situation.

Was in the same situation but handled it in a different way
H1 sent to revalidation had to change the company
Withdrew the revalidation Application. when i faxed the withdrawl application they sent me the passport back in 2 day so took a copy and applied for H1 in Premium processing and got the H1 in 10 days and reapplied for H1 Visa revalidation
