I came through employer A and having visa stamp up to Nov 2009 and applied for the h1 transfer to other company and got the approval without I94 card mentioning POE Toronto(valid up to 2010) on February 2008 and i didn't join that company.
After that i have transferred to another company and got approval with I94 card valid up to 2010 and worked for 9 months and laid of this month from that company.I need to know whether i can join the company already i got the approval without I94 card and they are ready to hire me . I need to know immediately i need to go out of the country for the stamping or i can work until my visa expiration.
