H1 transfer with pending revalidation?? Urgent!

Hi All,

I applied for my revalidation last week and today I got an offer from a different company. Can I apply for an H1 transfer while the revalidation is still pending? As I have to go to India in october, I would have to withdraw my revalidation application and apply for visa stamp in chennai, if I cannot do a H1 transfer.

Please let me know.
