H1 transfer with out US paystubs--is it possible

Hi

I have come to US on 26 feb 2007 on a H1 visa.
Now i want my H1 to be transferred to some other consultant.

My current employer does not provide me paystubs for the first two months.

Is it possible for my H1 transfer with out paystubs? or are these paystubs compulsory?

Are there any chances of INS putting query on my file if i try to get h1 transferred to some other consultant wihout US paystubs.

I have my indian payslips .Can i use these for h1 transfer.

Please let me know.
