I am on h1 with a company since 1 year, but cud work hardly for 3 months.
now i will have pay stub for this month only. A diff company is willing to sponsor me to work onsite, but am afraid my h1 transfer will not be approved without 3 paystubs.
will 1 paystub be enough for an approval?
