My h1 is valid Jan 07 valid until Jan 2010 from Company A (with I 94 valid till 2010)
Have only 2 monthly pay stubs for feb and march but both show diff salary... feb pay stub is just few dollars (around 1 hundred) to keep me on my payroll and march is my actual pay (around thousand as i had taken some advance from my employer)
will that matter while transfering H1 ? Do the USCIS look at the wage too ?? will they question why r the 2 stubs having diff sal or lower sal
i need to transfer my H1 onto Company B ... but i have only 2 monthly paystubs .. B will put appln by end of april '07
Will 2 pay stubs do for transfer wtih original 797 approval notice ??
Also can i submit a different resume with this transfer than the resume i submitted for original H1 ? (have got this job on basis of a diff resume n experience level shown)
Is there any chance USCIS will verify the resumes submitted ?
what r the chances of my H1 transfer being accepted or rejected ?
i have masters from US .. (no status issue)
