H1 Transfer while prev. Tfr. is pending

My H1 transfer is filed before expiry of my original H1 and and now my original H1 is exired. My question is can I get my H1 transfered again to some other comapny by submitting LIN No. and new pay stubs. If so, what will happen if my previous H1 is rejected before approval of new H1.

If previous transfer is cancelled or rejected, you will accumulate out of status period..
