I am currently on OPT, which is expiring in November, 2005.
I am currently working in NY and my employer had applied for my H1 in April.
The H1 has got approved. (and yes, of course I will be getting it only in October)
My Question is:
Can I change my employer before October (i.e. before I get the H1 in my hand?)
If yes, will I have to Transfer or Apply for a new H1 ? or is it already to late?
