H1-Transfer(Urgent)

hi all,
Assume you are working with company A in H1.Now you got a new job(dream job)in company B. Is it possible for me to move to company B without informing company A.Will company A know where i'm going to work.
what are the documents i need to do the H1-transfer.i dont have the i-797 with me its with company A and they dont want to give it to me.Because they are afraid i might go to the other company.i have degree certificates, transcripts,ssn,new I-94,passport,pay stubs.my visa is not stamped yet.

You can join company B with no worries. Their lawyers should be able to tell you what documents they need to take care of the transfer. Good Luck. :cool:
