I currently work for Employer A. I filed my H1-B transfer three months back with Employer B and already obtained the approval. Therefore, I currently have two H1-Bs - Employer A being active. However, I will be joining Employer B in February. I haven't notified my current employer (A) about it yet and they shouldn't cancel my H1 visa until February. Now, I plan to travel overseas to India in Dec for a month and would require an H1-B stamp from the US Consulate in Bombay to come back.
Question: Which employer's H1-B stamp should I obtain on my passport? Should I carry any special paperwork? Will there be any issues with my travel and returning to US?
