I applied for H1 transfer in premium processing. I got an RFE from NSC. It reads "Please submit specific duties related to the job". Could anybody please let me know how to respond. It would be of great help if someone could provide some inputs. Actually, I have another petition for H1 pending with another employer under normal processing. Is it legal to join the new employer if this does not work out. Please advise.
