I was working with company A. I applied for H1 transfer through Company B and got the Notice of Receipt(WAC number). I started working with Company B. Its been more than 6 months, but my H1 transfer is still not approved. I'm planning to join Company C.
Question:
Can i apply for H1 transfer through Company C, with my WAC number? Please note that my H1 transfer is not approved.
- OR -
Can i use H1B documents from Company A? Will that still be valid since my H1 transfer is not approved?
