Here is my case, please advise:
My current H1 expired on March 24 and my current employer applied for an extension in the first week of March, for which I have already got the filing receipt.
Now in between I got a job offer from company B and they applied for my H1 transfer and extension on March 20th.
But after filing for my extension, company B came up with some rules of employment. Because of that reason I do not want to join Comp B and continue with my current company.
Is there a problem in doing this?
