My H1 expired Dec31,2003. But My employer company A filed for my H1 extension on dec last week and i got the reciept# too. So it is been 1 month that we applied for extension. Now I need to change the employer to company B with H1 transfer. so I have couple of quesitons.
(1) By using H1 extension Filing receipt # copy, Can I switch the employer to company B without any problem ? or DO I need to have a approval notice from company A to change the employer ?
(2) If I want to upgrade the extension process of company A to Premium process (by paying 1000 bucks extra) Can I do that now in middle of the extension process?
(3) For my scenario, opting premium process with company A is better ? OR opting premium process with company B(by using only Reciept of company A) is better ? , if i want to do that.
