H1 Transfer - Please Help

Hi,
I am new to this site. I have an H1 stamped from a consulting company A and due to travel to US shortly. I received a better offer from another US company B.
Can I immediately transfer my H1 visa from A to B after arriving in US?
Will the company A come to know in any way if I have transferred my visa?

Please help as it matters a lot to me.

YES. But you need to work for A until receive the transfer receipt (few weeks or so). However, it is kind of risky to do that since you don't have any paystubs for your H1B transfer application.

Will the company A come to know in any way if I have transferred my visa?
NOPE. They only know if you tell them.

Please help as it matters a lot to me.

If you apply transfer immediately after arriving to US, USCIS will approve w/o asking for paystubs.
 
Immediately ?

What is considered immediately ? My friend is in similar situation except that he already came to US 2 weeks back. He has many offers now, Can he file for transfer without paystub ? What are the options if it is denied ?
