H1 transfer pending and L1B approved

Hi,
I came to US on an H1B visa and it was valid till 19th Jan 2007. Another company applied for my H1 transfer on 21st Nov 2006. My present employer filed for my L1B on Jan 04th 2007 and it got approved on 12th Jan 07.
Will the approval of L1 in any way affect my H1 transfer ?

Hi..

I wanted to ask u both im on H1b visa valid till march 2008.the company wants to change me on L1.can the company do so.in your both cases did u provide the company with any documents.Since i dnt want to do my L1.i want to stay on H1 can the company do so forcibly..
