Hi,
I am working with Company A where I finished my last project on 6th Jan 2006. I have with me my paystubs till 31st Dec 2005. I am currently on leave with them and now want to transfer my H1 to company B around mid Feb 2006 time.
Is there any specific time w.r.t the paystubs till when I can transfer visa? I am on leave and not out of status.
Any suggestions/help is appreciated.
