H1 transfer - paystub issue

Hi,

I am working for company X holding my H1 and got an offer from company Y who are willing to transfer my H1. My present employer gives me paystubs with a 2 week delay, i.e. I get my paystub for the first 2 weeks of a month at the end of the month and the paystub for the last 2 weeks at the middle of next month.

I know INS requires the latest 2 paystubs for H1 transfer for employment status verification. Can there be any problem with my H1 transfer in this case?

Any inputs are much appreciated.

go and give paystub. I gave 1 month old. got approval on third day itself.

what do you mean you got approval on 3rd day? do u mean upon filing the h1 txfr, you are approved in 3 days?
