H1 transfer & pay stub issue - plz need urgent info

Hi,

I am on H1 B and have been working with company X (which is holding my H1 now). now I want to move to company Y and require H1 Transfer. H1 transfer would be filed in Feb 2006. I have pay stubs till November 2005 and January 2006. I dont have pay stub for December 2005 as I was on vacation in whole December and was in India (home country) during that time. I was not working during that time so my employer didnt give me any pay stub.
I receive pay stubs on Monthly basis.

Can I show Jan 2006 and Nov 2005 pay stubs for H1 transfer? OR
Would it be required for me to show december pay stub also?

I would highly appreciate if anyone could help me on this.
 
Are Paystubs necessary ?

Are Pay stubs mandatory for H1 Transfer? I have a friend in similar situation, His company could not depute him to the right project and never paid him since last 1 month, now he is getting many offers, is H1 transfer possible in his case without pay stubs ?
