I am on my 7th year of H1. I have got an extension as I have my labor certification pending. I have a new probable employer who is ready to offer me a job. The new employer has a preapproved labor certification. My question is since I am on my 7th year of H1 based on my current pending labor certification can I change my job to the new employer. The new
employer will file for my 140 & 485 based on the labor substitution clause. The new employer already has a preapproved labor certification matching my skill set. So can I change my job and join the new employer. And can I apply for my 8th year extension based on the 140 & 485 filed with the new employer. Please advice Thanks in advance for your help
