Thanks a lot for your first reply. If I follow the plan, and ask company B to apply for new H1 for me(while I continue working for company A) I may end up holding two H1 simultaneously for certain period of time, and I am assuming I am legally free to choose any one.
1. Is this a correct assumption?
2. When INS approves the second H1, do they, by default, make any one of them a part time job? Or is it like I can choose to have both H1 approved as full time jobs and later choose to work as full time for any one of them?
