I appreciate the time and efforts put by you all in answering the questions on this site.
Here is my situatioin. I hopefully would be getting my H1 next week, that i applied through a consultant. In the meantime i have a job offer from a very reputed firm.
I have 3 questions:
1- Can the new firm apply for a H1 transfer immediately after my H1 approval. In this case i would not be having any paystubs, that is also logical as i never would work for the firm that applied my H1 initially.
2- Even if i start work with firm A, wht is exactly meant my 2-4 pay stubs. Can they be weekly pay stubs. In this case i can apply for a transfer in just 15 days.
3- Can firm B apply for a new H1 for me in the 20000 quota for students that starts from March 8th, even though i would have one H1 from the consultant's firm. I am asking this as i am a little skeptical that firm A may not give me any paystubs.
