H1 Transfer - Need Suggestion

I recently got a H1 (two months back). But there is a problem in the spelling of my name (one character wrong)

And because of some reason, I want to shift to another company.

1. Can I shift to another company without having the name corrected? Will there be any problem, if I shift without name change.

2. Do I need to get this name change corrected, before I leave this company.

3. Is there any constraint that this company CAN ONLY apply for the name change.

4.Recently I Have seen that the H1 holder should have 3 paystubs to get H1 Transfer, But till now i did nt get one paycheck too as i have joined in job recently..

Please clarify..

I AM IN NEED OF THIS INFORMATION ASAP.

Why did you wait two months to think about correction.
You need to correct the name first, before doing H1 transfer.

If the dates are accurate (h1 approval, your seeking H1 transfer) the 3 paystub rule does not apply to you.
