H1 Transfer issue

Iam on H1B visa through company A but have not yet stamped the visa
If I want to change my employer, should I get the visa stamped first or wait till I transfer my H1 to the new employer
 
It is not necessary to stamp the visa before changing employer. Your new employer can file a H-1 ... you may obtain the visa stamping whenever you travel out of the US.
 
If I leave the country after h1 tranfered to new employer and have visa stamped from previous employer
do I still need visa stamping
