h1 transfer issue

Hi
I have a h1 thru ABC and was in USA for three months 2 years back, Presently I am in India with same company.

Now I have applied for transfer thru XYZ while in India and have got approval I797.
My question is do i need to go for restamping-new h1 under old quote or I can directly fly with new approval and show new i 797 at the POE to get a new i94.
 
consular case

Mine is a Consular Processing of the visa, in that case is restamping required.

Also why restamping is a better option.Is directly enterting valid visa with new approval papers legal and correct way.
I am planning to do so, because I think re stamping may be risky as it can be rejected.

Please advise.
