I use to work company A (multinational company) and I resigned there on Nov 26 last year.
I joined company B this guy didn't applied H1 until Jan 2005 10th, he applied but he didn't pay 1650$ instead he pay 180$, got query about fees.
I moved to company c they applied H1 on jan 28th 2005 I got query says:
Submit evidence that shows the beneficiary had been maintaining a valid nonimmigrant status, as an H1B at the time of filing this petition(Jan 28th before).
Submit copy of W2, pay statements until jan 28th.
employment letter which states duration of employment.
duties and responsibilites.
Can somebody help me about it.
