h1 Transfer issue and H4 status.(urgent plz)

hi group,
I Got my h1 approved from Company A , at the same time my wife also got h4 stamping from company A itself, now i applied for h1 transfer to company B. and now working for new company B, can my wife come to united states with the old H4 stamping done from my company A , as i did not get the new h1 approval.

H4 is not dependent upon your company. It is dependent upon spouse status in US (your H1). Since currently your H1 status is pending approval, wait until it is approved and send a copy to her after approval.At immigration counter, inspecting officer might ask her for a copy of your current H1 approval and verify that it is still valid (not cancelled by employer). Make sure you extend her H4 status before it's expiration.
