H1 transfer in progress and new offer

Hi,

I was laid off from Company A on Oct 4th upon which i joined Company B on Oct 22nd . Company B applied for my H1 transfer on Oct 20th. Currently the H1 transfer is still in progress.
My question is can i join company C and give them my old H1( from Company A since it is still valid/active) for transfer or do i have to wait till i get my H1 transfer approved from company B.
