H1 Transfer in Premium - No Receipt yet

We sent our H1 trasfer case to VSC on Sep 6th and they received on 7th, but we did not receive the receipt yet. Normally for Premium cases it should not take more than 3-4 working days to get receipt number.
I have sent several emails to INS and get reply's saying they do not have the file and asked to check back in few days. I even sent them the DHL proof, but same reply.

If anyone faced similar problem, please post.
 
No Receipt received yet

i too have exact same situation. My new employer has sent the papers on 31 aug and VSC center received it on 5th sept. But havent yet received receipt#. h1 transfer was done in premium processig. Did you got any reply?
