!! H1 transfer in 7th Year !!

Hi,
I got my 7th year H1 extension based on a pending labor from my company last month.I am now in 7th year.If I have to do a H1 transfer to a new company will they again have to submit proof to UCIS that a labor is pending for me

Or

Will it be just like any other regular H1 transfer where they just need old H1B and pay stubs,degree etc for H1 transfer.

If anyone is in the same boat please let me know.

The lawyer should submit a copy of the acknowledgement letter from Department of Labor/Employment Development Department and indicate that your LC is pending.
