I have a very difficult situation. I am currently working with company A and have recently accepted an offer with company B. I have asked for the transfer to be done through premium processing and I should hopefully get the approval in a couple of weeks.
Now I am getting married in August, and my fiance has already got an appointment for her H4 visa in Chennai.
Now my question is this: Am I needed to get my visa stamped with the new approval (from that of company B) for my wifes H4 or is it fine to appear with my old visa and approval notice. I am aware that if I need to travel to India, it will not be a problem and can do so without a stamping but my wife's H4 is what is concerning me the most. Any help/experience regarding this will be greatly appreciated.
